We wrap up the year with four poets from Ireland, in whose work can be found different articulations of love and relationships – from the idealised, self-contained lovers' world of Irish-language poet Caitríona Ní Chléirchín, to Greg Delanty's wry look at the biochemistry of the stages of love between a couple; from Michael O'Loughlin's outsider/insider relationship to his nation and the Irish language to Katie Donovan's physical, visceral depictions of family bonds.
