I have to admit that as I was posting this I realized I'd forgotten to buy him his annual box of See's assorted dark chocolates. But I gave him a rain check! And in the meantime, he has some truffles to enjoy.

thanks and glad you enjoyed this, sangeet, bill, collin, shane, and andrew. I doubt that I'll cut the truffles in two, 1) because they're wrapped individually, 2) because apparently I need to try to give up chocolate (again) for health reasons. :(
