Ah...Andrea, I love it! Your poem suggest that we are all poets at heart. Even in a crowded bar the poetess has found something to inspire her.
I'm enjoying these bar senryu. Which reminds me, can you change the category of your poem from "haiku" to "senryu"? That way, your poem will be listed along with Bill's and mine. (Clicking on the category would display all three together.)

Ok... it's done! Thanks for your kind words, by the way!

Now I wonder what she was writing about! :) Good capture, Andrea.

I love it, Andrea! I agree with Curt's comment about it too.
For some reason, I have the urge to go to a bar right now.

Thanks Aurora and Collin!
(Collin... I hope you'll find the right inspiration in that bar! :-))

Very nice, Andrea. I bet there are a lot of poets lurking inside waitresses and bartenders.

I can't resist: Do you come here often?
More urgently, does anyone know a good hangover cure?
(Full disclosure: Valentine's Day marked my 30th anniverary in sobriety.)
I like this in both versions, Andrea.
