While the horse in this trailer DOES bear a striking resemblance to Buster (including the star-shaped marking), he's decided to use his beauty and charisma for a deeper purpose than Hollywood triviality. He will soon be traveling to Iran and Egypt and doesn't have time for such nonsense.
However, I must add that Jeremy Irvine DOES bear a striking resemblance to Matt - particularly when he cries.
After the January 2012 issue, Magnapoets will be placed on hiatus until May 2013. I will be away for most of 2012, so I didn't really have much of an option. While I toyed with the idea of leaving the July 2012 issue in the hands of some of my dear editor friends, I realized everyone was busy with their own projects, and I'm a hands-on editor, anyway. It'd freak me out not to be able to oversee every aspect of it.
2012 looks like it's going to be an exciting year. I know that 2011 was a fantastic one.
Sorry for not updating more often. Sorry to those whose emails I simply didn't have time to answer. My bad. It's just been very busy here, both with Magnapoets, other poetry projects, but mostly with some exciting personal projects. Also, I figured you were all tired of hearing me whine about how busy I am.:) But I am still up to my eyebrows in poetry stuff. Magnapoets issue 9 (January 2012) continues to be on schedule, although our cover girl has disappeared. That's okay, 'cause I have some back-ups. Scrambling to see if I can be excused from some poetry projects next year because it's looking to be an action-packed year already and I'm over-committed. I'm either going to put this blog down for nappy time next year, or post very infrequently as a result.
I'll update as soon as the next issue of Magnapoets is ready for mailing. And, oh yes, the Self-Portrait feature is amazing!
If I post some live Go Sailor, will you forgive my absence?
